Standards of Ethical Conduct - DOSA
Annunciation Catholic School is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, safety, and professionalism in all interactions with our students, families, and staff. We follow the Standards of Ethical Conduct as established by the Diocese of St. Augustine, which outline expectations for appropriate behavior, reporting obligations, and the protection of minors and vulnerable individuals. These standards reflect our dedication to fostering a safe, respectful, and Christ-centered environment. All school employees and volunteers are required to review, acknowledge, and adhere to these guidelines.

Emergency School Closures
The decision to declare an emergency closing due to inclement weather will be made by the Superintendent of Catholic Schools in the Diocese of St. Augustine. The superintendent will remain in constant contact with the county’s emergency services to determine the safest course of action for all the schools. When a decision is made to close the school, you will be notified by email and through our Parent Alert System.
Updates on closing and re-openings will be on the diocesan website as well.
